Miami's Premier Data Center

Vault Networks' new data center is located in the heart of downtown Miami. It shares the same dual power grid that services the local hospitals, federal courthouses, and state courthouses. Miami's telecommunications infrastructure further enhances the availability of services at our new data center by multiple fiber loops, carrier facilities, and international cable landings. It is ranked one of the five most connected cities in the world!
Our new hurricane proof facility resides outside of FEMA's 500-year flood zone, providing an additional level of security for customers. The actual building is a former BellSouth central office building that was completely renovated in 1999 to produce the preeminent Category 5 hurricane international gateway for South American and Latin American international voice, video, and data.

Neutral data center services
Multiple Global carriers service our new data center including FiberLight, AT&T, TW Telecom, Verizon Business, Level 3, Global Crossing, Qwest, Florida Power & Light FiberNet, Bellsouth, Savvis, and XO. Having all these carriers to choose from allows you greater flexibility in designing your dedicated file server and colocation needs. Our technical assistance team can establish cross connects in an industry-best turnaround time of less than 24 hours.
Vault Networks is able to provide whatever services you require whether it be for a primary location, secondary location, disaster recovery site, or roof rights for satellite antennas. We can provide any size rack you require and on-site office space is available.

Physical and environmental security
The new data center boasts multi-level physical security to provide the maximum amount of protection in the industry. It is manned 24 hours x 365 days with security officers who control access to the building and key card access to the elevators for customers with valid picture identification only. Biometric hand readers add incremental protection with access to the raised floor and individual cage and cabinet areas. Clients have limited access to their rack space only, accessible via a combination code. The racks are designed so that each client can only access their specific rack location. The design of the inside of each rack precludes clients from accessing other client's racks from the inside.
CCTV digital cameras and recorders monitor and capture all activities with full coverage and the data is archived for future retrieval. The CCTV is also fully integrated with the alarm system. The physical structure of the building surpasses all local building codes and standards with added security measures.
The facility is protected by the TotalPac Fire Suppression System. This system is a dual alarmed, dual interlock, multi-zoned, pre-zoned, pre-action, dry pipe fire suppression delivery system. The electrical and mechanical systems have been built with the latest technologies that provide clients with N+1 redundancy to guarantee continuous operation with branch breaker monitoring and dual power grid services.
Management and monitoring of all environmental systems is ongoing with 24 hour, 365-day electronic detection systems. With 14' high ceilings in a raised floor environment, our goal is to ensure that your equipment is maintained with N+1 cooling for optimum airflow and humidity at 72oF. Power systems are designed for maximum effectiveness and are capable for delivering 120v, 208v, 480v AC, and -48v DC to match each client's specific needs.
